At Brighton College, they do not only teach students, but they also listen to students and this is what makes them unique and excel as a college for Commercial Cookery and Hospitality management. Attending Brighton College, my skills have been lifted to the next level. I am a great deal more professional now, having learned techniques and skills that I never knew existed. I am very pleased to have studied Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma in Hospitality Mgmt course at Brighton College. My teacher was very interactive and patient with us and made sure we understood everything. Her great experience in the field and knowledge provided us with the insights of the industry. Brighton College also helped me get a part-time job in the kitchen where I practised my classroom knowledge afterwards.

I recently completed a Diploma of Information Technology at Brighton College. My teacher David was excellent and provided me with great support whenever I needed it. Brighton College was so helpful in helping me decided what I should do next. They really took a personalised approach to understand my study needs and make me consider a range of opportunities.
